January 5th seemed like the beginning of the new business year as all of a sudden we got an influx of potential buyers. After almost complete silence during the weeks leading up to Christmas and afterward, I was happy to start getting back into the swing of things again. The business was not as slow as last year, but slow enough to make me consider how bad the housing crisis will affect Cyprus. All my fears are pretty much gone as I write this since we have gotten many sellers and potential buyers in just a couple of days.
Going into our third year of business, we can now pinpoint our estimates for the following year and establish goals for the company. So far, so good despite the financial crisis and weakening sterling. We are yet to see if the prospects we have are serious and if we can beat the competition. Our inventory of great properties and superior customer service leads me to believe we will exceed last year’s goals and I look forward to many more to come!
