Description

New off-plan modern villas with sea views in the Konia area are a collection of premium Mediterranean residences at an early stage of construction. This is one of the most attractive areas of Paphos, known for its tranquillity, panoramas, and convenient proximity to the city. Contemporary architecture blends harmoniously with the peaceful surroundings, and the early construction stage allows you to personalise the home and benefit from a flexible payment plan of up to 24 months.

The exclusive residential complex will be located on a gentle slope in a prestigious, quiet part of Konia, close to urban infrastructure. The architecture integrates harmoniously into the natural environment, and the location provides quick access to schools, the highway, the airport, and key amenities.

The project includes 24 luxurious villas with 3–4 bedrooms, beautiful views, and a calm atmosphere ideal for modern Mediterranean living. The villas will feature minimalist modern design highlighted by expressive architectural lines. Spacious interiors, high ceilings, and large windows will create a sense of light, air, and comfort.

These new modern villas in the Konia area meet high standards of safety and energy efficiency. Thermal-aluminium windows, VRF air-conditioning and underfloor heating are provided for an ideal microclimate. The architecture will combine noble materials into a timeless aesthetic, while patios, gardens, and swimming pools will allow you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate with your loved ones.
